ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Eden/Īdens, and I am an alternative Latvian artist and animator currently employed as an animation director.Officially, I'm studying animation whilst realizing my passion project "Your faith is my legacy".As a member of the queer and alternative communities, my morals have a very close relationship to my personal projects and art. Through illustrations, characters and stories I seek to represent and bring to light themes that society (or the patriarchy) diminishes and sweeps under the rug.Services, experience, tools ↴

Payment method: PayPal, Ko-fi either upfront or 50/50. Extremely strict payment plans available, however I do not begin work without any payment whatsoever.
Raised prices: Extremely intricate and complex designs/scenes/backgrounds (+ 20%), extra character (+50%), rush order (NEED DONE ON THE SAME WEEK) (+25%), exclusivity/NDA (+200%).I DO NOT DO REFUNDS. The following is a list of terms and conditions that you (client) acknowledge and agree to as soon as you request a commission from me (neoninyourteeth/artist). You may not hold me accountable in any way shape or form if you (client) disobey or break the said terms. If the measures are required to be taken, I (artist) reserve the rights to take legal action to defend my intellectual property.Currency I work in: € (EUR)

Additional fees vary depending on popularity of customer, intention of the product, with intention to help small creators. Please reach out to me to communicate a fair price for a product. You may use my art for personal or commercial merch, post the commissioned works, avatars, logos, etc. on your profile(s) WITH MANDATORY CREDIT TO ME, THE ARTIST (@Neoninyourteeth), AND NOBODY ELSE. All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.I WORK IN THE EASTERN EUROPEAN TIME (EEST/EET). PLEASE EXPECT COMMUNICATION/UPDATES ACCORDINGLYTAT/how long will the process take: Varies based on project, but as the artist it is my obligation to inform the recipient immediately with an estimate of when they should expect the whole drawing, as well as an update.
Typically, you may hear back from me within a few hours. My most complex pieces have taken around 11 hours total (sketch, lighting and rendering in greyscale, colors, final rendering, adjustments). I am legally, professionally trained to work fast and provide sufficient results.Your obligation as the client: provide me a description of your request with AT LEAST one reference image and be ready to communicate about your project until we reach an understanding. If time is relevant to your order, let me know your timezone.
Example: "Hello! I would like a headshot/bust/fullbody of X, my idea is Y. I've attatched references."
I am willing to work off ideas/have artistic freedom, but if you are seeking specific results, we will thoroughly discuss your idea, either right away or in updates. I am flexible and communicative.WAIT I CHANGED MY MIND: You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades.
Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.ACTUAL PROCESS:
Payment: I take half the payment up front and the other half when the job is done or everything upfront. The final product will only be delivered, once I have received payment in full.

All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances.
